Our competition use sales tricks like “50% special sale on all our cabinets”. Or buy a kitchen with us and we’ll upgrade you to a “FREE Caesar stone bench top”.
We’ve had a number of customers ask us for a quote after receiving a quote with a “special deal”.
In two of these cases our quote was $10,000 cheaper and in the most extreme case our quote was $23,000 cheaper. So the “special deal” didn’t turn out to be that special after all.
