After bad experiences with the “hard sell” approach of some of the famous companies, finding this place was like a breath of fresh air. Ed listened to what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We are shift workers so Ed’s approach of emailing designs and suggestions to us, and us emailing back what we liked or what we would like to change (after we had had chance to mull things over) worked perfectly for us. The quality and workmanship are superb, we were very happy with the price and with the whole process. There was never any hard sell, Ed wanted us to be happy and encouraged us to shop around for appliances and sinks, merely making suggestions about what might work for us. We were so happy with the kitchen price and quality, and the ease of install, that we have had Exclusiv do the laundry and powder room in the same finishes, and it looks fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We stumbled upon this place after visiting many other kitchen showrooms. When we walked out after our initial meeting, we knew this was the right fit for us – the staff are so accommodating, patient and knowledgeable that we felt at ease immediately. This was our first kitchen renovation, and we must have popped into the showroom at least 20 times during the process. We never once felt anything other than welcome, looked after and cared for.
As for the actual kitchen, it is simply stunning. As the centrepiece to our home, it has completely changed how the space feels, and is luxurious while also being extremely comfortable to use. We have renovated other parts of our home as well, but it is nearly impossible to drag people away from the kitchen when they’ve seen it!
The soft closing is amazing, the handleless sections are perfect, the design process was awesome – we really can’t say enough good things about this company and their workmanship.
The associated tradespeople with Exclusiv Kitchens were also superb, which speaks volumes as to Ed and his team’s character. You very rarely come across people like this, and we feel very lucky to have found them.

Exclusiv Kithchens were the only company that asked our budget upfront and then listened and acted on our requirements. They offered constructive suggestions and the standard of work has been high. The kitchen looks great and went in exactly according to the time frames we agreed on. The showroom is terrific and customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

How many times do we wish for a great kitchen. After meeting Ed and Tony at Exclusiv Kitchens I can now say I have my dream kitchen. Not only did they organize the kitchen but rebuilt a new walk in pantry , we also wanted new tiles throughout the house, Ed organized for this to be done they look absolutely amazing . All the people from lifting the tiles to laying them again , building , and everyone who worked in the house we very professional.
