Having just signed off” on our recent contract we would like to outline our thoughts on the whole procedure.
We contracted Exclusiv Kitchens to install a new kitchen, new Laundry and three new Bathrooms.
From the initial design meeting with Tristan and Nathan, through to all the various tradesmen that came to our house to perform the work, we were very happy and impressed with their courtesies, politeness and professionalism. It is not always easy having strangers in your house … often unattended when we vacated the house and left them the keys for a few days … however, we felt very comfortable at all times.
Special mentions must go to; Mark the Carpenter, Simon the Tiler, ‘Digger’ the digout guy, Anthony the Cabinet Installer, Andrew the Electrician, Shaun the Plumber, Dave the Plasterer as well as Rebecca & Shelley the Cleaners. Of course the whole thing was all very well coordinated by Greg the Project Manager.
The overall finished result is excellent and great value for the (not inconsiderable) money spent.
We would certainly recommend Exclusiv Kitchens to anyone looking for similar renovation anywhere in the house.
After not knowing where to start - we came across Exclusiv Kitchens at Capalaba. This proved to be our lucky day! Our total Unit renovation was handled most professionally by Alan, Greg and their team of excellent tradies. Our dated kitchen, and two bathrooms were transformed into modern and efficient living spaces. For us, from to start finish, it was a totally stress-free experience. Big thank you for the wonderful experience in renovating our Capalaba home, we truly have the beginnings of a wonderfully presented little house on the inside and it wouldn’t have been possible without the great assistance and professionalism of Exclusiv Kitchens & Bathrooms.
The renovatation of the bathroom, kitchen, main bedroom and floors have turned out great, the modifications and new walls have changed the dynamic of the layout with great positives. The bathroom has been turned out great, selection of products and material combined with well executed workmanship making each element a delight. Love the relocation of the linen cupboard given opportunity to have big sized shower.
Losing the wall in the kitchen and laying out a new fresh and practical kitchen of quality workmanship impressive in our eyes and a joy to use. How simple the layout may be it is ideal for our house and so much more practical to use with cupboards and draws design making it user friendly.
The assistance in design and guidance for material and products made this renovation well finished given not being high end but this was our intention and this is what was delivered. We have finished painting all the inside now and with the new kitchen and bathroom it is so fresh, we love it.

Ravi the Tiller, this gentleman is truly professional in his field with the most amazing attention to detail, found it an absolute joy to see the end result he produced, fault less and perfect.
Greg for the new floor & carpet, few issues but all worked out in the end. The floor looks wonderful against new kitchen and meeting up to the bathroom, color all tied in well.
Taylor for the design guidance, great selection of material and fixtures with the all the elements tying together, beautiful and practical result.
Tristan for the design guidance also and getting the project to work at a sensible budget. Easy to work with providing professionalism and vast knowledge on how things will work. Tristan always made things achievable with confidence.

When I was renovating my kitchen, I required advice on a benchtop colour that would be suitable for my updated 1960’s kitchen. The old kitchen was gutted and I started again with a clean slate. I was so confused, as to what type of bench top to get because I had perused many magazines and went into countless kitchen shops. However, I found that all the staff from Capalaba branch of Exclusiv Kitchens and Bathrooms involved in my selection of product to the installation were so professional.
Upon the excellent advice I received, I chose a brown marble effect on a black Caesarstone called “Vanilla Noir”. It is an amazing colour and matches my cupboards perfectly. I was also provided with advice on how to keep the Caesarstone looking like new, which was invaluable advice.
I am still to this day, recommending the Capalaba branch to many of my friends and others who have seen my kitchen renovation.

We had reviewed so many kitchen plans in magazines and over the internet that we were totally confused with how we could renovate our kitchen which had two doorways, an old stove recess and windows that were below bench height. Everything was designed for modern homes.
Stacie at the Gaythorne showroom worked with us through numerous designs to fit in our “wish list” within the space available. There was no pressure for us to rush into a commitment as we made our decision. Stacie was a pleasure to deal with. All the installation people were professional and we are happy with the standard of their work.
We are very happy with the end result and feel we got good value for the budget we had available.

Exclusiv Kitchens at Capalaba designed, supplied and installed our new kitchen and I could not be happier. We had very definite ideas about what we wanted for our new kitchen, and working with Toni and Ed we were able to collaborate our ideas and come up with a kitchen that is extremely functional and aesthetically pleasing. Toni and Ed were very generous with their time – patient and easy to work with, offering ideas and solutions for a total kitchen make over. We have done many renovations to our home over the years and I am dumbfounded as to why we did not do the kitchen 15 years ago! It is now a pleasure to be in this ‘hub’ that is the heart of our home and an absolute joy to cook / play in. Even after six months of use there is not one thing I would change or move, it all works seamlessly. Incidentally my nine year old son now takes everyone who come to the house on a ‘tour’, opening every cupboard, drawer, bin etc with pride!

How many times do we wish for a great kitchen. After meeting Ed and Tony at Exclusiv Kitchens I can now say I have my dream kitchen. Not only did they organize the kitchen but rebuilt a new walk in pantry , we also wanted new tiles throughout the house, Ed organized for this to be done they look absolutely amazing . All the people from lifting the tiles to laying them again , building , and everyone who worked in the house we very professional. I decided to update my kitchen. I went to a few places and got some ideas. My sister told me about Exclusiv Kitchens. Ed gave me some good ideas, there were a few things I asked if I could change, nothing was too much trouble. He asked his wife Toni to draw up a detailed drawing of what we put together. Once we gutted the kitchen Ed’s contractors took over. Ed would always drop in to supervise the installation to make sure that it was to his satisfaction. I all went so well. We are so proud of our kitchen – it is a pleasure to work in such efficient surroundings. After 30 years I now have a modern working space. I never thought It could have turned out so well.
