There’s a lot that goes into bathroom renovations but generally there are 5 phases:
5 Phases to Complete Your Bathroom Reno:
Phase 1: Design Ideas
This is the most important part of the process and you really should take your time. Browse through magazines. Look through pictures on the internet. Get a good idea for the style, colour and look and feel you’re trying to achieve. Once you’re ready, give us a call. We’ll visit you and measure your bathroom area. We’re happy to offer design advise if asked. Otherwise we’ll listen carefully to your design ideas.
Phase 2: Initial Bathroom Design
Based on the measurements and your design ideas we can prepare the first draft. We do this using our state of the art, 3D, CAD software. Once we’ve finished the initial design, we’ll ask you to visit us at our showroom based in Brisbane’s North side. Our CAD software really helps bring your design to life. Meeting you and discussing the initial design in more detail is a really important part of the process.
Phase 3: Design Alterations
The initial design really is just to give you an idea. We fully expect that you’ll want to make alterations. This is easily done using our CAD software. We can make changes right here in the showroom and then preview them on our CAD software. This is a great time to ask how much the renovation is going to cost.
Phase 4: Colours, Tiles, Fixtures & Fittings
Once happy with the design it’s time to choose all the finishing touches. This includes your shower and bath, basins, shower heads, taps and tiles. We have a large selection of all these fixtures and fittings in our extensive showroom located at 2/440 Samford Rd, Gaythorne QLD 4051 in Brisbane’s Northside.
Phase 5: The Bathroom Renovation can Now Begin
Once you’ve ordered everything the real work begins. The first job will be to prepare your bathroom which means removing anything that will be replaced. Next comes waterproofing, tiling, installing the shower, bath and cabinets. And finally all the fittings and fixtures.
